Customer Success Rep - Dallas, TX

At Arcade, our team is shaking up how traditional teams think about sales goals, sales contests, and employee reward programs. Our product helps motivate all kinds of employees to put their best foot forward, every day.
In this role, you will:
Manage a book of accounts where your primary objective is to increase product adoption and use
On-board new customers, including set up, integration and end user training
Run implementation campaigns, including sales contests to keep employees motivated
Partner closely with sales to drive the best customer experience possible
Partner closely with our product team to ensure our app solves our customer's problems
Execute and organize customer requests and support, such as reward fulfillment, support inquiries, etc - this may include weekend responsibilities.
For this role, we need you to have the following skills:
Experience working in a customer facing role
Be comfortable working with Google Sheets to report on usage numbers
Ability to understand and communicate complex problems clearly and concisely
Be self-motivating and be a team player
Like making things more fun!
Experience in a SaaS company and / or startup
Past experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or something similar
Experience with Zendesk
