Sales Development Representative - Dallas, TX
Arcade makes work more fun. We've enabled companies like Under Armour and MetroPCS to rethink how they keep their sales teams engaged (and grow their sales while doing so!). At Arcade, our team is shaking up how traditional teams think about sales goals, sales contests, and employee reward programs. We're just getting started! We're looking for the right people to join us in our growth journey.
In this role, you will:
  • Make 70 - 100 outbound calls per day, setting 5 qualified meetings per week
  • Qualify inbound leads and schedule appointments for sales executives
  • Run outreach campaigns to convert leads to trials and trials to deals
  • Own your own pipeline of business, managing processes such as forecasting, target setting, and budgeting through our CRM (Pipedrive)
  • Identify objections and sales opportunities within your funnel and work with our marketing team to build materials for the entire organization
  • Influence the implementation of enabling systems and tools for yourself and our team
For this role, we need you to have the following skills:
  • 1-2 years experience in a high paced outbound sales environment
  • Have a proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota
  • Be an exceptional written and spoken communicator
  • Be comfortable operating in a fast moving organization and working with a wide variety of companies of all sizes
Compensation
  • Base salary $35,000
  • Benefits included
  • $70,000 On-target earnings
  • Uncapped commission
