Sales Executive - Dallas, TX

At Arcade, our team is shaking up how traditional teams think about sales goals, sales contests, and employee reward programs. We're just getting started! In this role, you will:
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closure, ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service
  • Run outreach campaigns to convert leads to trials and trials to deals
  • Own your own pipeline of business, managing processes such as forecasting, target setting, and budgeting through our CRM (Pipedrive)
  • Identify objections and sales opportunities within your funnel and work with our marketing team to build materials for the entire organization
  • Influence the implementation of enabling systems and tools for yourself and our team
For this role, we need you to have the following skills:
  • 3+ years closing B2B sales experience
  • 1 year minimum working at a SaaS company
  • Have a proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota
  • Have experience as a proven independent closer
  • Be an exceptional written and spoken communicator
  • Be comfortable operating in a fast moving organization and working with a wide variety of companies of all sizes
Compensation
  • Base Salary $50,000
  • Benefits included
  • $110,000 On target earnings
  • Uncapped commissions
